I am a licensed eXp Realty agent serving home buyers, sellers, and investors across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. As a U.S. Army veteran, I bring discipline, integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic to every client and transaction.
I originally got started through real estate investing and quickly discovered a true passion for the industry. What began as investing on the side turned into a full-time career focused on helping others build wealth, find the right home, and make confident real estate decisions.
I work with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers, growing families looking for their second home to those searching for a dream home, vacation property, or new construction opportunity. I’m known for my hands-on approach, strong communication, and commitment to making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
In addition to traditional real estate, I have firsthand experience with real estate investing, flipping, house hacking, property management, renovations, and out-of-state investments. Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, invest, or renovate, I bring real-world experience and practical knowledge to help guide you every step of the way.
Outside of my career, I love to be outdoors, playing sports, hiking, hunting and mostly spending time with my wife and two kids.

Shannon is an outstanding transaction coordinator who helps take the stress and uncertainty out of getting to the finish line in every transaction. His prompt communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills help ensure everything runs smoothly every step of the way for all parties involved.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with his family, and he and his brother are part of an awesome band "The Freeturnals".
